I,m a fieldmarshal. I have a strong natural urge to give
structure and direction wherever I am to harness people in the field and
to direct them to achieve distant goals. When in charge , my more than
any other desire visualizes where the organization is going, and I seem able
to communicate that vision to others. My ability to organize, however,
may be more highly developed than my ability to analyze. I will usually
rise to positions of responsobility and enjoy being executive. I'm tireless
in my devotion to my job and I can easily block out other areas of life for
the sake of my job. For me, there must always be a goal-directed reason
for doing anything, and people's feelings usually are not sufficient reasons.
Although I'm tolerant in procedure, I can and will abandon any procedure
when it can be shown to be ineffective in accomplishing its goal. I
root out ineffectiveness and inefficiency, and impatient with repetition
of error.
